Welcome to Sukh Fitness! My name is Sukh, and I’m a certified fitness coach specialising in fat loss, muscle building, and body recomposition. With over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve personally tested and refined various methods to discover the true formula for transforming the body—whether it's going from big to small, or small to big, all while building a strong, muscular frame.

My vision is to help people transform naturally while enjoying the foods they love. With so much information online, it’s easy to get lost in the noise, and after navigating that myself, I don’t want others to be confused or misled by social media trends. That’s why I offer streamlined solutions tailored to every body type and age, along with the knowledge and accountability needed to achieve individual fitness goals. My ultimate goal is to see everyone fit, healthy, and happy in their own bodies. This journey isn’t just a short-term destination—it’s a lifelong lifestyle.

About the Coach

I’m Sukh, originally from Punjab, India. I moved to New Zealand in 2009 and settled in Wellington to pursue my career in a full-time management and corporate role. In 2015, I was involved in a car accident that resulted in a broken left arm and other minor injuries. This life-changing experience opened my eyes to the importance of health and fitness. At the time of my surgery, I weighed just 52kg. Determined to regain my strength, I took my gym workouts seriously and began physiotherapy to return to my original weight.

In 2020, after the mandatory COVID-19 lockdown, I realised that the corporate world wasn’t for me. This led me to pursue studies in health science and Personal Training, deepening my understanding of how the body functions. It was during this time that my passion for health and fitness truly took off, and I decided to dedicate myself to helping others achieve their fitness goals. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients both locally and internationally.
