The calculation of calories and macros is based on your estimated TDEE and goals. The estimated TDEE is acquired from the personal details and answers that you share through our questionnaire.

Yes, you can have soft drinks that are sugar-free and in moderation to help with sugar cravings and adherence. You can also have tea, black coffee, sugar-free cordial and of course, water.
